Non-perishable’s appeal

There are over 3,300 70-79 year olds in our local community not to mention 80 +. All of these people will have to self isolate if they follow guidelines. Lots of them will be on a low income and unable to support themselves during this pandemic. They are unable to stockpile and won’t have Internet access for online shopping. We have now established a collection point which will be working with other organisations at 5 Bridge Street Wisbech PE13 1AF next to Goddards.

We are appealing for anything that is non-perishable that could make the lives of our neighbours more comfortable. We have put measures in place so we can still support the homeless.

If you are a business owner and will be closing over the next few weeks we would really appreciate any surplus stock that could go to waste during the closure. If you work in a factory please let your bosses know what we are doing. Please share this and spread the word all over Wisbech and let’s take care of the people who once took care of us, Spike x
